Processing times for all orders

The AVERAGE processing time for most orders (exclusions apply) is about 5-6 business days. This is only an ESTIMATE not a guarantee based off the normal ship rate. Processing times can vary and be either longer or shorter than this estimated period. Holidays as well as weekends are NOT business days. So when counting on the calendar skip Saturday and Sunday and any Holidays.
EXCLUSIONS
- Closures estimated processing time is 6-9 business days.
- Any Afro Kinky Products will have an estimated processing time from 6-10 business days.
- all wigs will have an estimated processing time of 6-12 business days

Tracking numbers will be posted to all orders after the allowed processing time. We will send you your tracking number via email from paypal.

All orders will ship priority 2 to 3 day mail after your order has finished processing

All international orders will ship with USPS international mail. delivery times depend on your location.
There may be a customs fee applied to your order upon arrival. This is not a charge MNHE or the United states create. any unclaimed packages that is returned to us will receive a refund for the HAIR ONLY. SHIPPING fees will not be reimbursed.
