PROCESSING TIMES (both international and US)

• Processing time is 5-6 business days. This is only an estimate based off average processing times and may be longer or shorter than the 5-6 days mentioned. Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days.
• Nubian Wig line, closures, and bulk hair will need more time to process, anywhere between 5-12 business days due to the time it takes to create the wigs, and closures. We do not have bulk (loose braiding/crochet) hair in stock. Thank you for your patience!
• During the Holiday season and sale/promotional dates there is normally a 2-3 business day lag in processing due to the large amount of orders however this can extend up to a week in delays.
• Tracking numbers will be posted to all orders after the allowed processing time. We will send you your tracking number via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ( US orders only)

• We ship all orders through United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com) using Priority 2-3 day mail after your order has finished processing.
• My Natural Hair Extensions is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once tracking has been confirmed delivered. We do not reimburse buyers for any packages that have been lost or stolen due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of My Natural Hair Extensions control. Please make sure you are shipping to a safe location. All orders will come with $50 worth of insurance if you would like to ensure the full amount please contact us via email with your order number after purchase.
• orders of $250 or more will qualify for free shipping! Choosing to pay for shipping will not make it arrive faster.
• Please place the order on a date that will give you enough time to receive your order before your hair appointment. Processing time can not be expedited or expressed. However the shipping time can be expressed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (all countries other than the United States)

• Orders will be shipped via USPS (www.USPS.com) after the allowed processing time.
• Shipping can range from 25$-$65 for international orders.
• Any packages that are unclaimed and returned to us will receive a refund for the merchandise only. Shipping fees will not be credited back.
• Depending on your country your package may be subject to a customs tax or duty fee upon arrival. This extra charge is not a fee that MNHE charges or the United states.  Please check with your local customs agency to see if this fee will apply to you. If so you will be required to pay that fee to receive your merchandise.
